Pppepito13 replied to the thread Flying in Madeira?.They won't tell you that, you have to do it on your own. You need to get approval from Funchal captaincy (via mail) and IFCN (submit via Simplifica, most of them are approved automatically, but bear in mind, that some are manually checked).
