Even with the RAW photo, if your highlights are blown out, there is no recovering the details in those areas. Next time, either adjust your overall exposure so you're not clipping the highlights, or employ exposure bracketing and blend the properly exposed parts into a single image.

I picked up a Mavic Air 2s this past summer as my first step into the drone world. I'm primarily a photographer, and a 20mp camera on a "tripod" I can raise up to 400ft in the air opens up amazing possibilities. It has been a lot of fun so far.
