RRadioFlyer replied to the thread New Year's Celebration Myrtle Beach. Air 3s.Resolve & PP are the best but certainly not the easiest to use for a beginner. Capcut or say Filmora might be a good place to start because they are simpler, cheaper & provide the basics you'd need to get started.
