Your gonna have to open it. If the crash was hard enough you may get lucky with a cable issue, OR it could be a cracked board or solder flake then you will need some parts, watch a few videos on YouTube before you touch a screw! ...If you open...

I recently crash my mini 3 pro, now it won't fully turn on. It won't charge the battery in the drone (I don't have a battery hub). Led 3&4 is blinking 3 times. Please I need your advice guys
