MIni 4 Pro coming from Amazon - How do I plan support?

Tomorrow I receive a Mini 4 Pro from Amazon third-party seller Hibikin-US. I did not add the Amazon-advertised protection plan. I understand Care Refresh is suspended. Is there anything I can do? If I damage the drone, can I get it fixed somewhere?
