It wasn't a "single data point" as there were literally dozens of drones flying pretty much all day there.

I think I found the answer and I don't like it....IF YOU Look at the profile and time while you are airborne, it will upload that flight but never update extra time...for example, I take off, fly 6 minutes and look at the flight record which apparently causes it to update one time per flight, so...

What exactly has to happen for the Profile/flight records/flight time (hours) to get updated? Is it the app only open, the RC powered, the RC powered and connected to the phone, the aircraft powered, or the aircraft powered on and connected to the RC? It seems sometimes the flight time lags...

Thanks, I figured out why screen horizontal gimbal wouldn't work and it was because I had switched to FPV mode. Not explained in the downloadable user manual.
