The first battery is updated with the drone. Each battery after that, as long as it is charged over 40%, start up the drone, click "Go Fly", then click back to the home screen, and the update should be prompted.

Mine required a compass calibration after the update, but not the IMU.

How is it any different from moving the drone sideways? the drone will even fly sideways by itself with the POI mode. of course, you should have a spotter with visual line of site if you are doing this sort of flying.

Mine was also very tight, but after 10X removing/reinstalling the blank one, they all go on and off easy now.

Mine have been slightly bulging from day 1, taking it out of the box. I think it's normal. The MA2 has a safety feature to deal with bulging batteries -- the metal clips that retain the battery touch a sensor in the drone. If the battery is bulging too much, it will break the contact with that...

I did end up figuring it out ... definately not a comfortable feeling, and very difficult to do without touching the lens. I hope Polarpro includes a filter removal tool with their ND filters (I pre-ordered their Variable ND filters which are supposed to ship in June).

As I expected, my FedEx status slipped to Sunday by end of day.

My BestBuy order just got scanned by FedEx. FedEx claims a delivery for Saturday by end of day, but I expect it to slip til Sunday, since it didn't move until today, and the label was printed yesterday.

If it says "getting ready", that means it will ship today. Relax.

Each company has their own method ... Bestbuy's updates when the status changes.

Yeah, I remember seeing it saying 5/11 ship date for both the Base and Fly More kit on 4/29, and as recently as a week ago. For sure if it slips, a promise is being broken there...

BB stopped showing the base kit as available for delivery on/before 5/11 a few days ago -- suggesting that either they sold out, or didn't get the shipment on time of the base kit. I wish you the best of luck on getting it on time, but honestly I'd be concerned if it doesn't at least say...

I'm certain if you ordered via BB and it said delivery on/before 5/11 that it will ship before the end of day today, and you should receive it on time. Worst case scenario is it gets delayed by a day if Fedex/UPS is overloaded in your area. Don't worry.
