Have you seen this new wing configuration on these Zipline Deliver Drones? Crazy quiet wishbone design. About the 13:00 mark they take about it but the whole video is cool. I wonder if these wings designs are patented or if we’ll see them in... -

The pitch and volume of the sound are determined by the size and width of the propellers and how fast they are spinning. Until someone comes up with a way to keep a drone in the air without props, you are not going to see a "stealth drone".
