Ok, how do I shut it off?

Hello I bought a new Mavic pro platinum. I have a problem with it, It only flies in 32 kph. There's no difference if I'm flying high or low. There is no difference in p / s mode (32kph) There is no wind. Anyone who knows if there is a setting or is something wrong.
