Yes.... I'm going to order a SIM card on their web site (SETAR) a couple weeks before my arrival. They won't send one to me but, I can get a local Aruba number at the time of ordering. All I need to do is once I get there is to present my email confirmation them. SETAR is a main carrier there...

Basically, the two reasons for renting a hardtop Jeep is to get around the island and drone flying. An excursion would have costs close to the same and were not going to follow around a crowd. This way we can take our time and do whatever. Plus, driving is on the right side like here in the US...

I'm all set for Aruba and Curacao...... As for the Cayman Islands, they don't want to respond after three weeks and two emails. You definatily need permission to fly in both Aruba & Curacao.
