Why are you using an ND64 filter in Auto mode?? It seems to me that you don't have any idea of how and in particular when to use an ND filter. There are no moving objects in your footage, so no need for an ND filter and no need for a shutterspeed of 1/60.

I would say: start with the correct settings!
