I have a habit to check motors periodically. And couple times It was necessary to blow out few debris out to make motors rotate freely.

Should spin freely by hand. Probably some dust or debris. You could try to blow it out with compressor or just other source of air. Also check interference between motor and leg. If nothing helps. Could be motor bearing problem. Motor should be replaced in this case.

Does not really matter. But I usually start drone first. Because it can take some time to get good GPS fix. Then after I start RC and application drone usually ready to fly. If I start drone after RC I usually need to wait GPS fix .

Have same on Mini 2. Back to normal only after DJI Fly (Android) kill and restart. DJI Support asked for logs from DJI Fly an other data. I advice all with the issue contact support and provide data they ask. That should help to fix bug faster.

Didn't you check gimbal mode not FPV. I had near same issue with mini 1 when unintentionally switched FPV mode on. It was working strange when I slide aside. Like on video. Tilt from time to time.
