I would suggest using the Pilot 2 app, either recreate the flight or d/l the KML. Years ago I had issues with (dronebase/Zeitview) with similar issues using the files from them. I recreate the flight and had few if any missing shots.

It's more about which app does what it does the best, there are few apps that are all around great. Here in the States, if you are doing mapping work (commercial, part 107) the industry key on using tried & true programs and not the newest thing that has come out. Appslike, Dronedeploy, Pix4d...

It's best to go to the DJI d/l page or use the assistant 2 for Mavic to get the right version

It appears you jumped the gun, this update came out November 23, 2023, where have you been? even with all the errors that came along with it DJI delivered as promised. Technically you had up to March of 2024 before you would have been forced to buy a module.
