Permission? Or forgiveness?
It seems to me that it might be prudent to have a sit-down with the local city/town management and let them in on your plans since you intend to use the park for for potential monetary gain. They might even be willing to help promote it, community service and all. JMHO.- ResistanceFlyer

Part 107 Advice
I also purchased and studied with Greg. My take is that Greg and Pilot Institute are Excellence in Pilot training. You will NOT be disappointed!! I took my test April 1st and passed. And, you will be entertained with Greg's anecdotes.- ResistanceFlyer
