They are all very similar. I like DroneVideos because most of the jobs are in my wheelhouse (both aerial and ground shots) and they pay quickly.

Very nice website!!! I have done several hundred jobs but all via the pilot for hire route. Primary workhorse is Mavic 3E. Not worried about the DJI issue; it will sort out one way or the other. Best of luck to you going forward; interested to see if your website brings in many leads.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE!!! Back in the Phantom days I hit some overhead wires that put me out of business for a couple of weeks. My checklist now has an item "Look up dummy."

What are you asking?

I bit the bullet and went with the Mavic 3 Enterprise primarily based on it having the mechanical shutter. Before that most or all of my work was on the Phantom 4 Pro. Have been very satisfied with the 3E.

I always try to get it facing forward. Been flying M3E since it was introduced and that has worked fine.

Many, or nearly all small airports are uncontrolled class G. Common sense and a keen awareness you are sharing the airspace is the rule for safety.

You might try typing the lat-lon coordinates into google earth.

I believe some (or most) of the DJI tracking software is limited to specific shapes; cars, bicycles, boats, persons, etc. Don't know the full list but apparently a tipper is not on the list.

Running the DJI Ortho App resident on the Mavic 3E. Ortho seemed to execute normally. Camera feedback to controller was NORMAL. See attached image view page with pink/green smear and normal images. Finally abandoned the DJI app and configured same map in DroneDeploy. It executed normally...
