It's interesting. The patent claims a moonroof with a dock that will charge and cool the drone. One of those patents that won't lead to a product - how many folks would pay a few thousand for this feature? I doubt even enterprise folks would. This is more of a defensive patent - block...

Note that UAVforecast has settings that will affect its cautions. I use it as a guide, but, as others have said, what I see and feel outside is more important.

Many of us don't consider private sellers on ebay to be particularly reputable. It's a dice roll. OTOH, there are a number of commercial vendors on ebay that are good sources of obscure and not so obscure stuff. I don't intend to hijack this thread. Ebay cautions are well discussed...

To add one thought: I doubt very much that anyone legit selling an expensive drone wouldn't know the basics of binding and unbinding. And they sure would not "forget" their account details... Buyer beware...

Yes, I think your new flight plan is a lot safer, especially for BVLOS flight. Hopefully any errant aircraft won't be at 300 feet! Keep in mind that with BVLOS flight, you may not know what happened if something goes wrong. Just read the reports of lost drones on this board....

Yes, the OP went right over the little airport. Why would someone fly a mission right next to an international airport BVLOS??? (not to mention the small airport) There's got to be safer places to fly...
