how old is the drone? did it have a crash or hard landings in the past?

so no crash? just a firmware update and this happened.

let me try to help you diagnose it... 1. did it crash? 2. do you still have gimbal up/down control? 3. have you tried to gimbal calibrate?

file a ticket through chat. don't call... chat is faster IMO

with any lipo battery there is an 80/20 rule... don't charge it more than 80% (or close) and don't discharge is below 20% (or close) to ensure full health of the battery.
