I bought Mavic Pro when they first came out $1000 down the drain. After buying another $500 in accessories and getting certified with all the red tape and so forth, money and time down the drain.

I too have felt I got into drones just a little too late. No longer had I acquired my certification the entire drone as a hobby started going down hill.

That is some of the best news I have read lately about irresponsible drone operators. Too bad he did not get jail time. Would sure like to see more fines and prosecution for this type action. Makes all the effort to get certified and following the rules worth the effort.
Not trying to hijack your post but those Target batteries in Tennessee were over two years old right out of the box. I returned them on the advice of some the highest respected drone owners on this forum. Just beware of what you have check the manufacturer date on batteries and know how long...
