Not sure about landing whilst moving, you certainly wont be able to use auto landing but also remember that return to home will end with a swim as the boat will not be where it was.
Well if there was bee venom evident then what you flew into was not drone bees as they don't have stings. Much more likely you flew near a settled swarm or a hive that you were not aware of. Drone bees do not attack because they do not have a sting to attack with
I think you might get some flack for flying in a way to disturb animals and wildlife - If you were splattering someone's honey bees you may also be liable for damage to their business so perhaps think carefully about both what you are posting and where you are flying.
