I just loaded 4.27.2020. Download worked smoothly. However, I'm disturbed about the "transmitting" Transmitting my stuff, what "stuff" to who? DJI? I don't like my info going to China. It's "Updating" now, rather slowly, on a very fast PC. Assistant says Update successful.

I'm aware of that procedure. Trouble is, before every flight, you've got to step through all of the settings pages and compare your current settings with your screen captures. I'd like to simply key something that would restore everything to by preferences, without me having to check them.

Anyone know of a way to backup Mavic 2 and DJI Go settings. So, I can simply restore everything to my personal settings. I occasionally change some settings while flying and forget to restore them when finished. Days later, I find something's not quite right and that I had forgotten about...

The SC shows the Android version is 7.1.2, thus, one assumes it really is. Of course, DJI can modify the code. If it's not true 7.1.2, then it should be renamed. Incidentally, 7.1.2 was released in 2016

If you are correct about DJI tweaking the Android code, it would be unbelievably stupid. They should make their code conform to the operating system, not visa versa. It becomes a dead-end path for DJI as the Android versions improve. There will come a point where the Android versions are so...
