Yes DJI has stated that they have no plans of stopping that.

I don’t think any of those things qualify as unmanned aerial systems or components. Unless some drones have built in Alexa dots that I’m not aware of ..

You know what, I take this back; we didn't expect the blanket non-USA band and for all we know they could be planning on revoking all of DJI's FCC approvals after the first of the year. I believe we will have a much better idea of what all of this means 1 month from now.

Current FCC approved drones will likely have a similar supply to what the Neo 2 is now with the possibility of losing eBay if they block all sales like they’ve done in the past with companies on the covered list.

Do you consider the Neo 2 to be currently available?

From my interpretation of the bill putting “any foreign made drone” on the covered list wasn’t a requirement or ask. I’m wondering if the FCC is doing this on its own.

eBay has a policy of not allowing any equipment on the FCC Covered List. They also have an automated system to prevent listings from brands on that list. It will be interesting to see how this plays out because every entry in the covered list mentions a specific brand except this one which says...

No it sounds like previously approved drones can still be sold; however, DJI has been having difficulties getting their drones through customs for some time so unless that changes we're probably stuck with the low supply of what 3rd parties can sneak in.

You are only exempt from registration if you are flying only for recreational purposes and flying a drone under 250g. Selling photos is not for recreational purposes. You need a part 107 license and to register your drone.
