Great News! Will everything DJI-wise still work? I mean it will allow take off and everything even though they did not update it to the RFD and new whatevers?

It began when I drug out the drone and started to charge the batteries- all dead. So I began a search for batteries. I ended up placing an Amazon order for them and a new remote battery. Then I went in to re-register the drone (expired). I went in to do that and it asked me about the ID mode...

I just found out tonight that I can no longer pilot the Mavic Pro for pictures and can only take it to RC fields? Wow. Well I owned it nine years and used it little really. I have the goggles but it appears for vacation that my only option would be a mini pro.
