I always update when requested. 3 drones. Three years no problems Had a dji mini. Mavic air 2. And now an Air 2 S. All controllers too. No bugs or crashes ! Always has a bullseye on landing. Only had to recalibrate compass once.

Look up pure apk. It’s ace to get a download for your smart cotroller. Use the browser on the controller. It just worked for me. You still Need To Tether to your iPhone by Bluetooth tho. hope this helps. I gave up on google play store.
