Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to test mine with a Mac today and see if it's a windows problem.

Roberto Smera replied to the thread New FW Mavic 4 Pro.I'm on the latest .500 firmware and can confirm that there are no issues regarding transferring the files via USB cable to my Mac computer. Drone is immediately connected and recognised by the OS as "internal drive".

Both DJI and the US gov have said DJI equipment being blocked is because the US has accused DJI of using forced labor (Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act). DJI denies it, but our government insists that DJI prove a negative. -
Roberto Smera replied to the thread DJI Dongle 2 in 2026.Thanks, yes I saw a DJI tutorial and is a pretty complex process. Also, I don't know if the license would work for a non-enterprise device as an Air 3S. In the end is a complex and expensive workaround.
