How is a flyaway not something a warrantee should cover? And to be more specific, it was my care refresh which had expired, not the warrantee

I love how customer support basically told me to get f***** because I was 2 months out of coverage/warrantee

Of course, though not directly. Simply install CX File Explorer on the SC, then in the DJI app, select the photos you want from the "On Aircraft" tab and hit the "Download" button. Then switch to CXFE, view the "Local Storage" tab (which is the built in storage for the SC) select again the files...

Unfortunately not yet. Can someone please tell me, what the last posted elevation of the unit was? If it shows it was at ground level last, then I know to look low, however if it last says for 10 seconds before it died it was 30-40 ft. off the ground, then I know I should be looking in the trees...
