Just sent mine back to dji for the second time. Mine wouldn't even make it 1km. The first time , they didn't see anything wrong and sent it back to me. I made a short video of issue and sent it to them again. I received an email update today. They are replacing a control core board.

Now I think about it. Didn't the fly more combo come with extra sticks. I will find them and modify them tonight.

It's not just about control. Comfort of controller and not having to remove them all the time when placing or removing phone.

Im going to try a few more flights tomorrow. I did notice a few other changes in flight characteristics. The forward sensors seem to still have some input even in sport mode.

I've tried it. Even thought about buying a backup set and cutting them down to around 1/8" numbs.

I agree, mine flies the same way after update. Fixed wing mode all the time.

Mines in for service right now. Hope to know more in a few days.

May I ask why they didn't warranty a brand new drone?

I hope your joking with that comment. I've never had a dji drone only go 1/2 mile.
