How long did it take for individuals who sent in their drone/RC for warranty to get them back?
Today I had to send my RC in for warranty service since when I turned on active tracking, the screen would freeze even after the latest updates . My drone hasn’t even been in my possession for a week...
Update: No success
Iv downloaded DJI Assistance 2 on my PC, downgraded both aircraft and RC a see if i would get the same results and indeed i did .
I followed with updating it back to the latest firmware and nothing has changed ,same issue .

i was aware of the screen freezing when active tracking with previous update but unfortunately I’m still having the issue with latest RC update .
Luckily the drone is controllable when the screen freeze until I bring it back and land it . Kind of disappointed...
