Lets say for instance an employee took the Drone out and Played with it (tested).... Every DJI authorized dealer I know would give you another Drone and relieve you of the headaches. IF it was purchased with them in that condition.

If you're referring to the store where you purchased the drone, you should contact them and ask them to unbind it from their test account. DJI accounts don't just disappear. They should still have access to any accounts they use for testing.
Clarify.
Sounds like you have it bound to your account (since you've been using it), now you sold it and the new owner is saying it's bound to another account.
I.e. you have to go into the DJI Fly app and remove the drone from your account so...
