I think its pretty hit and miss right now. DJI isnt sending Drones to the U.S. it seems. So your replacement may take some time. Hope they find one for you!
Don’t give up hope for a speedy replacement. I sent my Mavic 3 pro to Dji as a care refresh just 10 days ago. I received a replacement in 8 days. It was shipped from Canada. If you have a case number, follow the progress on their website.
