Thanks! I was out of return period (ordered the goggles from the very first batch), so they told me to mail the goggles for repairs. Hopefully they will fix or replace them for free, should be covered under warranty.

Have you found a solution to this? I suddenly ran into the same problem of the goggles stuck on the initial screen after a few months of using the goggles and can't find a solution.
