    In my opinion the lipo bags are the safest for transporting batteries. I use one all the time while travelling.

    Agree fully with you that it would be nice with some serious water & dust protection... but IP43 is pretty much worthless, it will not proof it enough so you can fly safely in a rain shower at all... and it's not sealed against dust either...
