Update - good news. DJI looked at the flight logs and said they will replace drone as it was a warranty issue.

Checked my spare batteries from Combo in my work Air2 and yes - made in April 2020

Interesting when I put flight log into Airdata, it gave more information about communication loss than Phantom Help. See pic.

I made a claim with DJI so got a case number but they certainly make it hard to find it on their website and make it hard to fill details etc when you don’t have the drone to send in. Then also sent support an email with flight logs in dat and txt formats explaining what happened with case...
