Well if DJI have hidden in their EU app versions, you could take a look at the GPS board physically as fitted in your drone, the ads-b receiver is on one side of that board, or xray it, or come up with your own software to check but you need deliberatly hidden info to do this so tricky...

Could be they added that as a further check as wised up to using people spoofing gps, but you can always make your own custom drone and be free of manufacturer restrictions.

Kind of depends if that US MA2 drones ADS-B receiver is dual frequency or not and whether DJI have intentionally disabled it outside North America which is the BIG QUESTION right now.

Was kidding anyway in reality don't fly my pricy drones that far as not to notice an incomming plane unless its miltary down on the deck at mach 1, you just gota be within range of your drone otherwise some passer by oppotunists will just make off with it if you have to land far away.

Ask DJI but you can't climb that fast or high in DJI drone anyway so your supposed to look out yourself, maybe if you were not flying such a toyish drone that actually was licensed to fly far and high they would of added the extra line of info. Still maybe if enough people petition DJI about it...

Don't see how without the hardware in the drone unless you use an extenal bluetooth third party ads-b receiver connected to your mobile phone that is connected via usb to your controller and if DJI will bother to write the extra code to support that which I don't think you must do it yourself...
