Open the Wifi section of the device that you have connected to your controller OR even a different iOS device.
Thats where you will see the RID info .... no app involved.
The Drone Scanner app is useless on iOS devices.
iOS definitely has problems using the Wifi broadcast of RID info.
If you are using an iOS device, you can go to the Wifi section of the Settings. Turn on Wifi on the iOS device and see your RID S/N pop up as an available network.
That's proof...
As far as I know, DJI hasnt released a SDK for the Mini 4 Pro yet. If their past practices still hold, they are leaning toward Android SDK support only.
No not RID, I cannot get a WIFI signal where I fly, or a mobile hot spot, that is why I have to use the 720E as my phone connects to the drones network.
