The Air 2 batteries, and by extension Air2S batteries, are rock solid. There will always be cases here and there, but so far they have been steady and reliable.

When you say you closed the app, did you clear the app from your phone’s task list and then relaunch it? Or did you press home on your phone and relaunch the app? if mode switching brings the stream back then I think it may be an app issue. Are you using an Android?

Hi Anton, do not take chances with that battery at all. Puffed batteries are bombs waiting to happen.

Yeah dude DJI’s tracking sucks ***. Skydio 2 on the other hand is the gold standard.

I would recommend posting this on official DJI forums. Seems like it is indeed an issue if you are noticing that. The more noise you make the more likely they are to fix it quicker.

Absolutely. Well said. That’s the sense I am getting reading/watching reviews by professional photographers and filmmakers. They compare picture with picture and dissect that, instead of getting uppity about specs and “muh variable aperturezzz” haha
