I had the same exact issue, connected the drone to my computer, but there were only 4 images on the bird. My M2P is not recording to internal storage. Tried everything suggestion and finally gave up.

I followed a youtube video right on target, unfortunately the sc told me all images were transferred so my cache is now empty, however, there are no new images on the card. So now I seem to have lost nearly all images from last night's shoot.
