Sorry, I don't recall what I did over a year ago, but I was eventually able to load and run DJI fly app. I now have a controller with a new DJI Air 3s that has the app in the controller.

My Air 3 has been stuck in customs in KY since the first week of January. I put in for a refund from DJI and my card was credited this week for all items. No idea what will happen with the drone.

I had decided on the Air 3 instead of the 3S and ordered in November, shipped on January 3rd and held in Customs ever since with no end in sight. I requested and just got a full refund from DJI and now I'm thinking of waiting for the next new drone in the Air series as the Air 3 and 3s have...

I just ordered a Air 3 to replace my Air 2s. Will my DJI Fly version I already have work or do I need a different one?

I had the exact same thing last evening when I was about to demonstrate my Air 2s to very inquiring friends who wanted pictures and video of their property. Needless to say, they weren't very impressed with what a drone could do or my abilities. Now I too have to return to complete the shoot...

Where is Blackhills waterfall? At first I read it as Black Hills, SD but that is not in the SD Black Hills.

Having been a first responder for over 30 years, I can see the value in this fast response to recon the situation. We use drones for SAR and they are invaluable here in the mountains.

If you already have the Air 2s, stay with it for no more improvement you'd get considering the cost.

Check the approved cell phones before you delete you Fly app. I did it and then couldn't run the install of the new DJI Fly app on my Galaxy S22. After being told by DJI support that my phone wasn't yet in the approved list and going to ATT, Samsung, DJI, and Geek Squad all who couldn't make...
