Crazy birds, I get nervous at even a lil bird taking my drone down would suck. I'm always trying find new places to fly

I had to land my bird due to 2 birds I thought where eagles but now thinking might have just been another big birds, I had all the sensors off so it landed so hard dit bounced back into air, lucky it still fly's and no damage so far. They where circling me and my bird and have a few tines there...

I won't fly near birds, watch for eagles in outskirts of seattle

Hello from lynnwood/Edmonds , if you ever need help with gimbal issues let me know I just recently fixed mine, parts are cheap and easy to for and now. Also I almost crashed mine on the newest firmware .1000 on the first flight, I no longer fly that firmware, pm if interested in fw stuff.

Lynnwood/Edmonds pilot here, also have p2v+ and p3a, just fixed my mavics gimbal overload problem with new gimbal motor arm, you can now fix gimbal problems for cheap, motor arm came with flex cable installed, getting a few more for spares along with camera lens for spares I love flying

You rock! Im going to build it with my parts, if still overload, I'm going buy the gimbal arm with ribbon cable already installed for 56 bucks. Feel so better at finding just the gimbal no camera for cheap.

So I got the mavic used, took apart the gimbal and they where not all the right ones. I got my cables finally and need to know the lengths of the screws and if they are all the same threading

I want to put only the ribbon cable on, no video wire will be connected

Does it need to be wired thou?

I want to test if I get the gimbal overload with the ribbon cable reinstalled before putting the video cable in, possible?

Any help??
