Sorry, unrelated request, but can you tell me the name of the terminal or facility where the cruise ship is laid up? I’ve always been told there are no layberths available in the Tampa area, but get requests several times each year asking to put and idle vessel in the Tampa area to await work.
You’re absolutely right, the Odyssey is an old drilling platform that was converted to a launch platform.
I generally work on about 4-5 semi-submersible heavy lift operations each year. It was these projects that sparked my interest in picking up a drone.
