Gimbal freak-out in flight when switching from video to still camera

Happened to me last week. Camera settings also reset. I was shooting sunrise & thought Sun might have caused it.

Help with mavic pro photo quality

Hard for me to look at IPhone screen in summer light & adjust camera so I rely on histogram & bracket 3 shots per scene.

How and where do you store your Mavic?

I finally found a backpack that will hold & protect my Nikon, Hero 5, Mavic & related equipment. It is called "AmazonBasics". I use it for storage & in the field.

No control due to Mag interference

Write this off to inexperience. If you replace the Mavic find a large, open area to practice. Take a section of the manual & get comfortable with how & why she operates as she does. Good flying.

Beach flying and concerns?

Wet sand is a perfect surface for take off & landing. I also do use struts.

Gimbal problems mid-flight

I've had exact same occurrence. Did a recalibration & for now no issues. The why is a mystery.

I've noticed a significant difference between these programs in the boundaries of restricted areas. I call the local tower based on B4UFly only. Thoughts?

Washed out sky

Sunrise flight. Washed out shot from the Mavic @ 39m. Second shot same angle, but ground level with GoPro Hero 4. CP filter on Mavic. What camera setting would you recommend?
