If your device doesn't get detected even though it's connected to your computer & turned on... you have another problem that needs to get solved...

slup replied to the thread Need intenet to fly now.That you couldn't fly at all is strange... usually you will only be limited in height & distance. Below writing in the user manual exist for most DJI models... Did you check in the profile section in the app if you were logged in or not ?
