Air 3 batteries recently charging only to 4.160 volts instead of 4.250 volts!
40 cycles, attach foto 10 seconds after battery is fully charged. The problem is massive and Mini 4 Pro has it as well. I am inside DJI battery technical chat. All confirm the same. Cycles does not have direct correlation with this problem. It is software DJI thing, and we don't understand why...- SmartBones

Air 3 batteries recently charging only to 4.160 volts instead of 4.250 volts!
Starting from few weeks ago, batteries of all Air 3 units are charging only to 4.160 volts instead of 4.250 volts as it must be. Doing so DJI reduced Air 3 drone flying time for about 8%. Check it yourself. Why do you think DJI did that?- SmartBones
