Gimbal stuck, straight out of the box
was it laying on carpet or grass, or uneven solid ground? the legs on the mm2 arent long enought really, the slightest bit of soft or uneven ground and the gimbal is bottomed out. I get a gimbal stuck error if i set mine down on carpet to do a firmware update.
