I just got off the phone with a guy that works at FAA Drone Zone. I told him I still can't get my DJI Mavic 2 Pro registered at the FAA Drone Zone site. I let him know all firmware updates are completed and successful. He stated the problem is with DJI. They didn't submit the proper paperwork...

Updates to Drone (DJI Mavic 2 Pro) and Smart Controller complete and successful. But no luck registering at FAA Drone Zone. Continuing to get "Invalid Serial Number" when trying to register. Putting in 158F ......... and ending with O. No spaces. Any suggestions or advice appreciated?

I just got off the phone with DJI technical support. Owners of DJI Mavic 2 pro do NOT need to purchase a module. Firmware update will make our drone FAA RID compliant. Firmware update coming soon!
