I use and iPad mini wifi, without GPS and it works fine. You just won't get the map, but the radar still works.

Used the hub/car charger to charge a battery with the car off. It stopped charging the after about 15mins, but I had the radio running and after I ran the car for a few minutes, I was able to charge the battery with car and radio off. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Is the video feed in photo mode supposed to be poor quality or is my mavic broken? I'm using an iPad mini and the feed in video mode looks great. It's hard to compose photos with the feed quality, but the pics usually turn out fine.

Specifically South Orange County. Got my Mavic few days before Xmas. This is my first drone and I have been flying just about every day since, I love this thing! Happy New Year!!
