funny....my phone shoots/saves videos in 4k but at 30fps

do you know of any i could try transferring to my phone that aren't too long and are like 60fps (to test if it has to do with fps) ( remember it has to be 4k )

do you know of any good video players on windows that run h.265 without lagging or any other funny business.....i downloaded mpv but got choppy playback while windows media player ran it just fine I would use windows media player but it doesn't allow good features like skipping foward 5 seconds...

When i do transfer videos from my computer to my phone (via google photos or android quick share from my computer to my phone) the video always ends up being really choppy while its not on my computer...and on google photos from my computer.....any advice on how to fix this? It seems it does...

so i found out the phone was the issue and my computer can run the footage just fine my phone is a Samsung Galaxy A52 now even when i run h.264 it still is choppy I am recording on 4k at 60fps i believe...so idk why it would be this choppy

is there anyway to use DLOG and HLG ever again? I feel like i spend a lot of money on a drone and now when i try using 65 it doesn't even working ruling out two useful options... is there anything that can be done...do other people have this issue too?

is 64 lower quality than 65? Whats the difference between the two?

4k (or whatever the highest is) and the highest fps allowable for that res Looks like everything is working fine.....the mistake had to do with running my sd card drive on my phone and also having it on 65 instead of 64...everything is good now if i have any questions ill let u know
