    SIGNAL BOOSTER For M2Pro

If I were to install the four hawks, it would probably be the raptor XR, but they are directional panel antennae, and I have a boosted one for my P4Pro, the Titan conquer and the directional is exactly that, you have to point it directly at the drone, and the further the drone is from you the...

    SIGNAL BOOSTER For M2Pro

The M2pro constantly scan the frequencies both 2.4 and 5.8 ghz and switches between both in auto, you can go into manual settings and choose either 2.4 or 5.8 ghz. According to the manual the M2Pro in CE or FCC mode, has longer range and more power output in 2.4 ghz. I have watched mine...

    SIGNAL BOOSTER For M2Pro

https://www.commandcase.com/switch Costs are on the site depending on your specification, installation can be a bit tricky but there is a video of how to do it on the Titan site. If you follow the video it should be ok.

    SIGNAL BOOSTER For M2Pro

Quite good increase in range, though when using the boosters, you are limited to 2.4ghz only, the system does come with omni directional whip antenna +5 db, that are dual band. Have a look at the picture attached of a screenshot I made from a 10 km flight.

Thinking of buying a 2 Pro. But want to check the range of a U. K model...

I modded the antennae on mine and did an 11km fight out and back in Albania where there is currently no vlos or Max height in the drone code

    M2p channel problem.

If you read the Mavic 2 manual you will see that the transmission power on 2.4ghz is more than at 5.8, its exactly the same for my p4p as well. Also the quoted range in the manual is more for 2,4ghz than 5.8 because of this reason.

    M2p channel problem.

5.8 is not available in some countries and some regions. You may be stuck with 2.4ghz only, on the Mavic 2 the 2.4ghz band has a more powerful transmission than 5.8 ghz. Is there a particular reason you want to use 5.8?

Best Range Extender for Mavic 2 Pro

No reason in your opinion, however the amount of aftermarket range extenders, increases signal reliability and helps burn through the background radiation at 2.4 and 5.8 ghz created by wifi routers and the like. Also the amount of threads on range extenders and distance flights, as well as...

Best Range Extender for Mavic 2 Pro

Look at the fifth picture from left, it shows the entire kit laid out, the large rectangular panel is the amplifier, below it is a slightly smaller rectangular panel, that is the left hand circular polarized antenna, it fits onto the front of the amplifier. The third picture from left shows the...

Best Range Extender for Mavic 2 Pro

The switch, which I have, also comes with a Left Hand Circular panel +5db for use where trees may be a problem, as LHC and RHC are proven to work better in and around trees.

Best Range Extender for Mavic 2 Pro

Not all countries have a VLOS in their drone code, I have flown 11km legal flights in Macedonia and Albania, neither of which have VLOS rules or 120metre height restrictions due to almost no light aircraft or helicopter traffic.

    Water Landing Survival

I believe that if you fly into a DJI nominated red no fly zone, your craft will also auto land ignoring all inputs from the sticks or sensors, but I stand to be corrected on this.

Backorder for Mavic 2 Pro from DJI?

There were some recent news articles stating that DJI were having problems sourcing the amount of parts required for orders from the sub contractors that build them. Whether this is true or has created a back log is anyones problem.

    Stuttering video out put

If you are using D-LogM which I suspect you are, which has to be in H265, the data is in 10 bit chunks not 8 bit like D-Cinelike or D-Log on the Phantom 4 series. 10 bit data is huge and H265 has large compression to be able to write so much data so quick on a 100 mbit per sec sd card. Data...
