Were you flying around dusk perhaps? Mine ended up being low light which caused the downward sensors to not be accurate.

Any chance the drone was headed toward the sun when doing RTH? OA might of kept kicking in and stopping it.

Polar Pro just happens to be my personal favorite and their customer service is exceptional. I wanted to cover all my bases so I ordered the multi coated 6 filter pack. MSinger has a list of all the filters that will work @ DJI Mavic Accessories & Tips - Mavic Help

Very nice video! Beautiful area. I would invest in some Polar Pro filters for the overexposure. Especially since you can go from dark forest to snow in the same pan and that will allow you to take the lighting mode off auto. Some of the smoothest camera movement I've seen for starting out!

Welcome aboard! I will be transplanting my family here soon to Clinton, MO. Can't add anything to what Thunderdrones said since he pretty much covered it. Went the State Farm route myself.

I have found that if you are flying in low light conditions (dusk/dawn) you may get 3 yellow flashes followed by the normal green ones. Turning off OA will get rid of the light but it is just letting you know that OA may not work due to light.

Honestly if anything ever happens to my Mavic it will be showing up on Thunderdrones front step
