    Mavic in Ireland

It's been just over a year now, but if I recall correctly, it did take several weeks to receive the certificate, While in Ireland for 14 days I was never questioned at all about flying my Mavic. The Irish are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet.

    Anti Flicker won't adjust

Had the same problem. I noticed that my camera settings were in manual mode and set at 50MHz. By changing to auto mode it allowed me to change to 60 and when I reverted back to manual it stayed at 60. As long as I'm in manual it will not allow me to change the Anti-flicker.

    Adding Music to Ireland Video

Thanks! I don't think it's so much the settings as it is this old man trying to learn something new. Actually the settings are identical to your video because I had viewed your video a while back and set them per your recommendation. You are just so much better at controlling the drone than I...

    Ireland Hangar 360 Photo

Hangar 360 sets all of your camera settings. I have read that some take off with the dji go app and then switch to Hangar 360 because of problems they've had with 360. I personally just let Hangar 360 do it all. I've never encountered any problems with that app. I first connect remote to the...

Also, I did ask permission at places like the hotels we stayed at and was only denied by one facility.

    Mavic in Ireland

I did register my drone online with the Ireland Aviation Authority for 5 euros but nowhere in the country was I ever asked anything about the drone except interested spectators.

    Mavic in Ireland

None at all. Went through customs in Atlanta with drone in a carry on bag with 3 batteries. After x-ray they didn't even open the case to look at it. Same on return trip out of Dublin.

    Mavic in Ireland

This old man is really having fun with his MP. Still don't know a lot about flying, videoing or editing but had to share these clips I took in Ireland a couple of weeks ago. Flew from Mobile, Al to Dublin. Took the drone out of its case and flew all over the country without having to calibrate...
