AEB .7 & 1.4 - can this be increased in any settings

I think that in AEB mode shoot 5 keep 2 gives the best results (also Adobe's recommendation).

Why is it bumping base ISO100 even at shutter speed of 1/3000?

ISO settings matter for RAW files as well. Some cameras shoot everything in native ISO and add a metatag to describe ISO brightness. No recent cameras do that, and DJI drones do not do it either. Raw data is whatever the camera produces after applying ISO "amplification." ISO is not applied in...

AEB .7 & 1.4 - can this be increased in any settings

I am using Lightroom for HDR, shoot 5-shot bracketing and use only the brightest and darkest shots for HDR merge. Here is Adobe’s document on HDR merging and recommended settings: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/high-dynamic-range-images.html If bracketing is not possible because of...

Why is it bumping base ISO100 even at shutter speed of 1/3000?

Clarification: dynamic range is lost with decreased exposure (shutter-speed), not with increased ISO, though in Auto mode, increased ISO reduces exposure and thus reduces DR. As some have said, the difference in DR between ISO 100 and 200 is likely negligible. It is likely a bug that the ISO...

Why is it bumping base ISO100 even at shutter speed of 1/3000?

Your shot is at ISO 130, which is basically the base ISO. The scene is too bright for bracketing, an ND filter would help. Fluctuations between ISO 100 and 200 should not have much influence on image quality. When the light is low, in Auto mode, the Mini keeps steady at ISO 100 and lowers the...

Why is it bumping base ISO100 even at shutter speed of 1/3000?

Motion blur differs from focus, which can also be unreliable :( (AF). With an equivalent 24mm lens and at least a couple of stops gained by gimbal stabilization, I would expect sharp results at 1/12 sec or slower. But experience trumps guessing :).

Why is it bumping base ISO100 even at shutter speed of 1/3000?

What is the slowest shutter speed on Mini 3 that avoids blur (stationary objects)?

    SD Micro card

If you see someone with one long fingernail, he must be a fellow Mini 3 Pro owner ;).

48mp Photos with the DJI Mini 3 Pro

Manual stacking is cumbersome (e.g., manual exposure, manual focus, detect in the post, sync WB in the post, and merge in the post), which is why I rarely do it on still cameras. Professional cameras like Phase One IQ150 have implemented it because it helps IQ and eliminates the need for ND...

48mp Photos with the DJI Mini 3 Pro

What kind of control does multi-shot (i) remove? Stacking (ii) has the same effect as long exposure but less noise (see Olympus Live ND). So how is the scene changed artificially? It looks the same as without stacking, just with a better IQ.

48mp Photos with the DJI Mini 3 Pro

Thank you for the link to the interesting review. I was thinking of real-time HDR in still mode, while Philips's review discusses the implementation in the video modes. It seems that DJI uses dual-gain for HDR in the video, which is not as efficient as dual-exposure HDR would be. BTW, I am not...

    SD Micro card

I cannot insert or remove the microSD card using my fingers :(. Instead, I must use a small screwdriver to push it carefully inside and eject it.

Does "Remove Chromatic Aberration" help with the purple fringing you observe?

48mp Photos with the DJI Mini 3 Pro

That is not what computational photography is about; instead, it aims to improve the image quality and compensate for the disadvantage of smaller sensors by increasing DR and reducing noise. Examples: - multi-shot, in-camera high-resolution mode: images with higher resolution, less aliasing...

I am not bothering with the 48mp versions... am i missing something?

What brett8833 said. The resolution has little to do with DR/noise when looking at the output level (output of the same resolution). The sensor size matters. If you look at a 100% view, the noise is more visible with higher resolution. However, that observation has no practical meaning. That is...
